6.2 Receiving Delivery

6.3 Delivery Assistance

Standard delivery includes unloading at the designated location. If you require additional assistance such as crane service, placement, or installation, please arrange these services in advance. Additional fees will apply.

The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, storage fees, and redelivery charges. Orders may be subject to restocking fees if returned to our facility.

  2. Take photos of the damage and packaging
